Ice Sculpture Performances
Have James carve an ice sculpture in front of your guests.
Ice carving performances can be executed either with or without power tools, depending on your environment. Designs can be by specific request or centered around a theme.
All performances include the ice, a pedestal, tools, power cords, and clean up on completion of the performance. The finished sculpture can even be kept for further display. An extra fee is added if tray and light are needed.
Performances are broken down into hour long blocks. Custom times can be negotiated.
Pricing:
1 hour: $600
2 hours: $700
3 hours: $800
Power Tools
Watch ice and snow fly with chainsaws and grinders! An exciting way to see an ice sculpture take shape. This is great for outdoor events
Expectations:
- Need at least a 15x15ft space
- Stanchions are needed if kids are around.
- Need access to power
- Power tools are loud and do spray snow
Hand Tools
Watch the power of arm strength as ice chunks fly from the strike of a chisel! Watch how quick ice can be shaped with just a simple chisel. This is great for indoor events
Expectations:
- Need at least a 10x10ft space
- Space for floor mats
- Fairly quiet and interaction with the artist is encouraged.
Custom Performances
Looking for ways to get your guests involved more with the ice rather than just watching it being carved? Try having them chip away at an ice block or etch in their name. Creativity is encouraged. If you have any ideas, please share to see how we can incorporate into your event. Here are a few ideas that we have executed:
- Carve with the audience: Ice Artist will allow the guest to step in and help carve the sculpture.
- Ice Graffiti Wall: Have the guest use a dremel tool to etch in names or images onto a wall of ice.
